FNSI

Well I have to confess that my evening sewing didn't amount to much, I did do some of the hand sewing on the binding but only part of one side...the quilting in the afternoon and getting the binding on took longer than I thought it would so I finished later than I thought 'cos it was going to be finished!!! Lol!!
the binding is going on here.......

oh oh........DH has provided a distraction.........

but the binding is all on and I even remembered to get the label on before I sewed on the binding!! How good is that!!! Lol!!

elephant quilting here.....

and here........

and here.......
...today I have been over to Templestowe to meet these lovely people for lunch and to talk to Jan-Maree from Aussie Hero Quilts, I had a great time - Jan-Maree (back right) is an inspirational woman!!
I am off to see what others got up to on FNSI and thankyou to Wendy for being the host - you can see what the others hot up to at her blog here.
Happy sewing.
