Lots of lovely fabrics and patterns, threads...all kinds of things...I found some lovely batiks to add to my stash.
Once at Echuca we set up our machines and got sorted
Tania has begun work in a quilt for her niece...the centre has a tiny, tiny star....
which is slowly, slowly growing.....
I am starting on an Aussie Hero quilt.....this is a quick pattern I am told....we shall see....
and Marg is working on a baby quilt with the most gorgeous teddies on the top,
dinner break......corned beef, mashed spuds, beans and carrots!! Yum!!
Margs teddies starting to come to life
some fabric arrangement happening on the lounge room floor......
Poor Marg kept getting invaded by my wadding.....
I decided to try quilt as you go and sewing each strip on as I made them.......but it took over most of the table and at one stage was under threat of being sewn into Margs strips....Lol!!
this is what I had when we decided to finish up for the night, but then we had a message to say Tracee was on her way, so I decided to carry on and put on the side strips while we were waiting.
So all in all a very happy and productive FNWF.
