I have been sewing away today and have finished the square of fabric that will become a circle...I am working on a quilt for Aussie Heros.....the request was for a black background with a peace sign. Initially I wanted to do something really bright, lots of red, orange, yellow, purple, blue, green.....I have been called a closet hippie in the past and wanted to do something loud!!!  But a male helping me with fabric said, "No a bloke would not like that", so I have gone more subdued colours.....not sure I have done the right thing but it is done now!!
..looks a bit army colours doesn't it!! I hope it is liked when it gets to its new owner!
We had many visitors in the apple tree this morning
they are working their way down the tree....I did manage to pick a few and stewed them for the freezer...I don't mind sharing!!Lol!!

Tupai had a wallow this morning when we had a walk.......
I had a giggle this morning when DH asked me if we had enough tea in the cupboard...
...think there might be a challenge there....might need to get more next time I am out and about!! Lol!!
Happy sewing.
