Tracee came down to visit today, here she is working away, it was wonderful to spend the day with her
our beautifully decorated table....
one of the children's kimono going by...this is for a boy...the white spots are where the family crest goes, the pictures all have meaning and wishes for a good life...
this was another boys kimono....from the 1940's I think...
we had a great day, it was a fundraiser for the Biggest Morning Tea.....the raffles were amazing, three people won on our table....

I started writing to a Japanese penpal back in 1970... we now exchange Christmas cards. She now lives in the States and we met over there a few years ago.....your Japanese Day reminded me of that!
