Back home again...

...boy it was a cold night last night!! Had to load an extra quilt on the bed to keep warm....it doesn't usually get this cold here...not that I have experienced before anyway...have to show you an update on the hexie quilt...
have added to the right handside and it is looking a bit more together....still a lot of straightening up to do but I am slowly getting there....
I am linking up with Anthea at Hibiscus Stitches and her Piece Yourself Together link up of all things EPP.....
...I had  a go at some foundation piecing for the Sylvia's Bridal Sampler quilt...

..have managed to chop off the top corner with the gray, not sure if they will sew together ok, but will try later today and see what happens, otherwise we put this down to experience and start again!!
Off back to the car dealer today to finally (I hope) for the clutch to be fixed!!
Happy sewing.

  6. I have spent 2 days doing some foundation piecing. It is challenging and I get lots of corners chopped off. Luckily they are hidden in the seams
