Kay who was working here was just lovely...so helpful and friendly and welcoming...the shop had many beautiful kits and patterns and fabric....so many treasures ...of course I had to come out with goodies, who can't in a new shop! !

and as I was wandering round the shop Kay approached me and said if I wanted to buy a kit, I could have it 50% off...they were going on sale the next day but Kay said I could have it a it earlier...how nice was that!!
so I bought two and got the two for the price of one!!! Love a bargain!! These quilts are about lap quilt size so can be made bigger if necessary with extra sashings...same pattern with different fabrics. Would highly recommend a visit to this shop if you are passing through Albury...you will be made very welcome...and if you aren't pasing they are happy to make up kits, or send patterns or fabric through the post..they don't have all their products on the web shop but if you contact them and ask they will do what they can. Ok promotion over!!!! Lol! I was very impressed....

the supervisor kept a close eye on me this afternoon.....I had the vacuum cleaner out!!

ReplyDeleteDon't worry... that makes no sense to me either. What a great end to your trip home though. Hope hubby found some goodies in the craft shop to even up the score a bit. That's one patient pooch you have there. When the vacuum comes out here you can't see the kitties for dust. Heck... that makes my house sound filthy but you get what I mean....... xxxx
Thats fantastic - wasnt that lovely that the lady told you they were going to be 50 % the next day. Sometimes when they tell you that it entices you to buy a kitset when you otherwise wouldnt have. Great purchases Sue. Your dog is gorgeous by the way.

ReplyDeleteGreat finds at that shop. It is always good when we find real customer service that seems to be rather lacking these days. They deserve your recommendations. Hmmm, we have family in that area, may need to put that on my list when we visit.
