I have started a new project, through the Seachange quilters, can't resist a challenge, working from this book....we are supposed to do one a week....hopefully I can keep up!!!! Tonight is the night to get started!!
I am not sure about this one, think the fabric I have chosen is a bit busy but I love the kiwis...will look at it a bit more and then decide if I need to change it....what do you think?
The Seachange ladies are also doing another challenge ( I need to learn to say no sometimes!!!) this one is a row by row with a Christmas theme.....January's block is star!! They need to be sewn on, I am yet to decide whether to do them with buttonhole stitch or raw edge applique. Have the month of Jan to decide!! Lol!!
I have also begun preparing another applique project for a swap in Feb...this one will be raw edge. Right I am off to make some binding and the sort something for dinner.
