Relaxing day...

This morning I stayed in bed and read until I finished the book I was reading...finally surfaced dressed and ready to face the world about 11am!!! That was a good one even for me!! Since then the washing has been done, the veges watered and some sewing attempted!
My next Aussie hero quilt is under way, the request was for photography, snowboarding, wilderness, fishing, hiking, mountains and surfing!! Heaps to get onto a quilt!!Not that we have to do everything!!
this is where I am so far...I am thinking of unpicking the wave fabric to the strips and putting in a bit of surfing fabric that I found this morning....not a big fan of unsewing so I am undecided on that one yet!

I went to the beach for a swim this afternoon and a read...was very nice there until the march flies found me....sadly I forgot the bug spray.....but I lasted a couple of hours so that was great.

the catamarans were out racing this afternoon...all five of them, but they came in close and you could hear the swoosh as they went past.
I had better away and get the sand off and then back to the sewing...fish and chips tonight so I don't have to cook!!! Yahoo!!!!
Happy sewing.
