I have been sewing for the afternoon with a friend who lives in Clifton Springs, and some of her family...they wanted to make a Star Fruit Cushion...so that is what we did. I didn't take any photos there but each nearly completed their cushion. I finished one yesterday, one today and the baby needs it's final seam hand sewn closed.
Baby looks so small!!!
Happy sewing.
well done Sue,how many of these have you made now, enjoy your eveing my friend xx
ReplyDeleteThey are so sweet Sue. You must be almost able to make them with your eyes closed now. Very clever!
ReplyDeleteHehehe they are breeding! Gorgeous. I dropped a sewing needle down my bra this afternoon, just to add to our convo about funny stitching incidents.
ReplyDeleteI agree, very clever!
ReplyDeleteLovely, you are very clever
ReplyDeleteOh they look lovely.... Quite tricky to make I am sure?
ReplyDeletePretty colours :)
Smiles :)
Oh the baby is so cute - little the baby elephant of the herd! Was just thinking the same as Jacquie, are they tricky to make?
ReplyDeletethey look great, the giant ones look great with their little baby
ReplyDeleteyou are on a roll with these xx
ReplyDeleteThose cushions seem to be multiplying. Nice to see the little one there too.
ReplyDeleteThat little one is adorable! It looks like a perfect pincushion. I'm not sure what the larger ones would function as, but they'd always look great tossed in a chair or sofa. How fun to go spend time with friends doing something crafty!
