Piece yourself together

Today it is time for all things EPP and to link up over with Anthea at Hibiscus Stitches....I have started to make another block for the New Hexagon Quilt...I cut our the pieces, traced them onto card, measured around the fabric

and cut it out with a very careful quarter inch extra, was all ready for glueing and then decided
to pin them and

sew the block on the machine!!!  Not really EPP but it is what has happened today!! I have unpicked and resewed twice to try and get the blue points to meet, one side is good the other I think needs some more attention,so I will have another go at it tomorrow.
Over at Hibiscus Stitches you can see what other EPP people have done.
Happy sewing.

  1. Looks like EPP may actually be easier for lining the seams up LOL. Pretty block.

  9. Love the way you fussy cut the blue center. If the points never match, it's still a pretty hex!
