This and that

Today the Union Jack quilt has had its binding machine sewn on...tomorrow is hand sewing day!!
that is a messy looking photo isn't it! ! Should have made the quilt straighter!!!
Today I have also sandwiched the Kaffe Fasset quilt from the challenge last year, I am entering it is the Seachange Quilters show, so need to get it finished...nothing like a deadline to get me motivated!!
and after much fiddling about it is done!!
Now I am off to the couch to do a bit of knitting
and watch some episodes of Longmire

I am full of a cold today so resting is best!!
Happy sewing.

  11. Oh no! You have the cold. Poor thing. I think stitching and DVDs is the perfect remedy. Love that Kaffe Fassett quilt and I can't believe you have finished your son's quilt. There is no stopping some people. Hope you are on the mend.
