Party at the Chookshed

I had to take hubby into Geelong yesterday to catch the train to Melbourne,so had a little wander about, did a little shopping, found an organic shop and bought some yummy veges for soup, then ate lunch by the bay...was a little different yesterday
the fog didn't lift all day...well not while was there anyway!! Lol!!

Last night I finished this flower, also put the yellow centre on the middle flower

and made 9 more little circles for the Minerva quilt, next they need to be ironed and starched, then they can be glued on.
It has been a beautiful day today, I have been sitting outside playing with paints
creating the next row for the Christmas Row by Row challenge at Seachange...oops just missed the supervisor going through!!

Ta da!! stencil and paints and we have the next row done...will free range quilt around these when all the rows are done, I am still a bit behind but will slowly catch up. Have Christmas trees, angels and presents to do and I think snow people comes up soon, am not sure what else there is.

Such a lovely afternoon here, some fishermen heading out.

And the supervisor is here with me as per usual!
This weekend I am linking up with Chooky at the Chookshed for her 4th birthday celebrations!
the supplies are in for tonight

and pizza is being delivered later, so there is no reason for me to not be able to sew up a storm tonight and over the weekend!
If you would like to join in the birthday celebrations you can sign up over at Chookies and also see what other people are creating over the weekend.
Happy sewing.
