Clamshells

I have been working away when I can on the clamshells
I have squares cut ready to trim, this was the fabric Raewyn told me about, it was at her local quilt shop The Country Yard.....I am so lucky to have this to include in the quilt top.

a mess of clamshells waiting for their gathering stitch to be done

on Wednesday morning I glued these three rows together ready for sewing on Saturday.
Progress is slow but steady!!
Happy sewing.
