It is time to sign up over at Cheryll's blog and to enjoy an evening of stitching with like minded people.
It was cold and wet when I got back to Melbourne last night
waiting in the Gull bus to head back to Geelong
I managed to sew three more stars on the flight back, one of the flight attendants asked me if I was sewing him a present!! Another related her trip to the US and a visit to some Amish people and seeing the quilts they made. You meet some interesting people thru quilting!
this fabric was waiting for me when I got home - perfect for the next Aussie Hero quilt, theme, Marvel comic heroes.
These fabrics came back from NZ, they were in the Bernina shop I visited with Chris,
these came home with me too, perfect for Aussie Hero quilts. Love the retro looking Kiwiana prints.
The Supervisor and I had a wander down the beach this morning
Wonderful still calm morning
on the way home I noticed a pair of galahas have moved into the newish nesting boxes in the big old gum tree.
This one seems at home.
I had better make a move I have a quilt to start.
