today we have been walking 6.6km in total, no wonder my legs are tired
This morning I finished off the Old Time Kaleidoscope block, only one more big one to go.
Today we had a walk locally then went to Daylesford Lake and head a walk there, we went to Sutton Spring to try and find a cache, no joy, so then walked around the lake to try and find another, the cache was in a rock wall at the Springs, so many places to look!!
It was just near where I took this photo, and I found it, happy new!! There was one more we could have tried to find but I was tired and we decided to just head home and have an icecream instead.
This was the last cache I found today , love that the log where you sign your name is a big diamond 😄
Tonight is Friday Night with Friends where we get to sew along with virtual friends. I had better go and sort some dinner and then get stitching.
Happy stitching.
So good to achieve something I didn't think I could do!
just catching up on blog reading and see you have had some lovely walks, time away, some sewing and finding some caches. Sounds like an interesting thing to do and keep fit as well.
ReplyDeletelooks like you are having good weather there.... well done with the cache... that see through hut is clever!

I really like the new OTK block!
ReplyDeleteWere you Geocaching? We used to do that with our kids. They can take you to some neat places, and kids love it too!
ReplyDeleteThat building honestly looks to me like a plastic canvas project stitched with yarn. It is so cool!
Looks like a other gorgeous holiday-day. Yaay for finding the cache.
ReplyDeleteNow that is dedication for you! It sounds like you found some beautiful places on your walk and cache searching.
ReplyDeleteKaleidoscope is going to be lovely. Well done on your finds....your toes must have been chilly lol!
ReplyDeleteI love a brave soul, and you definitely checked that box going in the cold water. And how ingenious to keep your socks on and have a back-up (and hubby standing by doesn't hurt either)! Well done, you!
