Continuing with the catch up

Blogger has decided to put all the photos in here back to front and this one is completely out of order!
Jenny gave me this jigsaw for Christmas and we completed it in two days (not a lot else was done!!)

Our usual goodbye photo at the airport, we have collected many of these over the years.
I had a walk one morning

More steps to go

Steps done

someone left their sandcastles from the day before

Quiet and deserted this morning

Jenny asked me to make a mug bag for her friend Debbie in NZ, so we chose some fabric I got in Hawaii.

Hank

Just too cute, Hank.

Tira not talking to Jenny, she is a typical chow!

Food???

Near St Leonards Market, a car Jenny liked

near the market, a car like Jennies

St Leonards market by the beach

I made a banana cake in the crock pot, it tasted wonderful, had 5 bananas, a can of condensed milk and gf flour. The first day was beautiful, the second day it was as hard as a rock!
We had out catch up Christmas once Adam was better, Beth wanted some family photos, so we obliged!!😀

Me, David, Beth, Adam Trish and Brad with Hank at the front.

  1. I’ve enjoyed reading your catch up posts. You and Jenny have had some great times together. Good that the family was able to get together once Adam was able.

  5. I don't do gf cooking - but I think gf is almost always not good if a day old.

Lots of fun happenings...love the jigsaw - but they do take time!

  6. More lovely memories there for you, Sue. Next Christmas may not be quite so calm with a toddler in the mix too! I was excited by the sound of your banana cake but if it was rock hard by day two - maybe not!

  7. Glad to see that you finally got to celebrate your family Christmas. Nice work on the mug bag. Those fur babies are just the cutest and doesn't Tira know it. Looks like you will be nursing a real bub soon. How much longer does Beth have to go?
