A bit of this and that

This last week has been a week of trying to cut fabric for a new quilt (not too successful) and adding borders to existing quilt tops that have been waiting a long time.

this top was given to me to finish for the Oncology collection, it has been quilted and now is in the binding pile.

this quilt was made from left over charm squares, it has had a border added and is in the to be quilted pile.

this was donated for the Oncology collection, it has been trimmed, borders added and is now also in the quilting pile.

My piles are moving from one to the other slowly 🐌 😁

these blocks were given to me by Joan, left over from from quilt she had made, it is now a flimsy but needs borders. Lovely batiks in this one.

I have been asked to make a cowboy/horse themed quilt I have some horse panels and have made some boot blocks to add in

I hope to make more blocks this week.

Anthology block making happened again on Wednesday

some seams do not meet up well but despite that I am slowly improving making one and a half inch half square triangles. 

Tomorrow I am off on retreat for part of the week so hopefully more blocks will be made.

Today is cutting and packing day.
