I am now up to 19 squares for the One Block Wednesday
I have saved some of the little corners, have a plan in mind, a bit of madness!!
The Supervisor is resting after his morning walk
Hee hee I snuck in another photo
And last night while Ingrid and David watched a scary movie I did some knitting, this will be a dish cloth. I must confess I watched with one eye and looked away at the scary parts. I am not a fan of clowns and especially not scary ones with pointy teeth!!!!
I have just been outside, here is the desert rose this morning
Desert rose plus photographic assistant!!!
I am so happy to see the flower, it is such a beautiful colour.
I had better head off and do some more blocks,
Have a wonderful weekend.
Nineteen blocks! Wow! It's nice to have an assistant. The flower is very pretty.
ReplyDeleteYour flower is beautiful. Love all thise blicks. A great achievement. Lol re the movie. Don't think I would like it much either.
ReplyDeleteYour Wednesday blocks are looking wonderful Sue. As is your desert flower. I imagine the Supervisor struggles in the heat a bit?? I don't like scary movies either Sue ... they give me nightmares!!
ReplyDeleteOh your heat is worse than ours, your poor supervisor, how does he cope?
ReplyDeleteSending your supervisor a big hug. Looking forward to seeing how those corners end up.
ReplyDeleteWow! Great bundle of blocks Sue. Glad the bloom passed mystery the boss lol! I hate scary movies and like you half listen and definitely keep my eyes in my sketchpad or stitching lol!
ReplyDeleteGreat sewing doing lots of blocks..
ReplyDeleteI'm not into scary movies either sew the knitting is a good idea..
Pretty Dessert Rose.. Mine is a Red one.
That certainly is a beautiful flower Sue. Your blocks are looking great. No, I am not fond of clowns either, find them creepy! We too watched a scary movie last night - I think it was called Hereditary, weird. While we are away we have no TV so it is DVD's only. The other night we watched Psycho - very old but I had not seen it before. Brilliant.xx
ReplyDeleteOh those assistants. Puss is always giving me a hand no matter what I am doing. I really like the colours in your blocks. And that desert rose is lovely.
ReplyDeleteGreat blocks!
ReplyDeleteSo exciting to see flowers when you have waited so long, very pretty
yay for the Desert Rose. In Zim we had a similar plant which we called a Sabi Star. Love the blocks... and if I do them I will also keep the corners... they are too good to waste.
ReplyDeleteI can't have scary movies on... not even hearing that music so you did well …
Hugz
Your blocks have multiplied very quickly. I am keeping my corners too, for that special little project. A little madness on my end too.
ReplyDeleteThat beautiful flower seems to love the heat, unlike us and the Supervisor.
LoVe the colours... both in the quilt & the flowers...
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming over for FNwF... xox
That's one cute supervisor!
