Our along the Jetty
I was shown a seal just floating about under the Jetty, there is an underwater observatory under the end of the Jetty but it was closed because of the weather.
Whales pained on the Jetty, three kinds that can be seen from here, no luck for me today
And great seats
The sign at the end
Rain shower
Rainbow
There are many sculptures under the end of the Jetty to help the undersea life return, lots were killed when the Jetty was replaced. Apparently it is a great place to dive.
And the train came to the Jetty end ,time to head back and get a hot drink. Oops the photos have switched!
Happy stitching.
What a great walk. xx
ReplyDeleteLovely to see Busselton. I've, actually been there and stayed a week. 15 years ago. The sculptures weren't there then. Or I don't remember them
ReplyDeleteThere seems to be lots to see there....

What a fascinating place. We were there in 1997, so I can’t remember a great deal. I don’t think you could go all the way out even then.
ReplyDeletethat's a long jetty...........glad you survived the wind...........
ReplyDeleteInteresting! Was the jetty built as a tourist attraction? Looks/sounds like a awesome place to explore.
ReplyDeleteLovely pics but it looks sooo cold! Hope you kept warm.
