the morning wallow!!
so nice here this morning
Lovely peaceful way to spend a few hours!
Shane, #2 son requested a quilt to go across the end of his bed with a Union Jack in the middle....mmmmmm...when I went to Spotlight just after Christmas they had the Union Jack panels on special, so I asked and got permission to go ahead, found some kind of matching fabric...it is so hard to match the reds!!!! Then finally today I have started cutting the fabric...will be simple, just squares added to the sides to get the right width, and a gray border around the flag to begin. That is the plan at the moment!!!
these are the stitcheries I took to NZ, some progress was made, I have another traced that had nothing done on it, but I will get to that at some stage!
I had better be off and get some sewing done before it is time to get dinner!
Happy sewing.
