Month 1 of Chookshed Sitichers Challenge

Deana has drawn the first number in the challenge and it is

Yes #6, which for several of us is
this. Mine has not been out of the packet since last April, so now is the time to get it done. Applique is not my forte so this will be a challenge for sure.
I have been stitching away on the cropped diamonds - many people have told me I am mad, so it will be called the Mad quilt! 😁
Lots more sritching to be done.
I joined in a  zoom with Chooky and the Chookshed stitchers the other day
Was good to see e eryone who was there that day.
I ha e been for a couple of walks with Adam and Finn
And watched meal time
And had a play, Finn loves to take selfies so I have to watch phone and be quick taking photos!!
I am off to start on #6.
Happy stitching.

  2. Just been catching up on your posts Sue, good on you for joining the challenge, don't think I will committ to that this year. Finn is certainly growing fast, and good to see your family photos.

Those little boys are going to keep you very busy I'm sure. Yep I think I would call it the mad quilt too. Happy New Year

  9. Good luck with your bag. Mine hadn’t been out of the bag either. I’m going to attempt needle turn applique, which will be a change for me. Good luck with yours. You aren’t mad, just dedicated. I wouldn’t attempt it. Cute Finn photos.
