Tiki tour day 6

We have spent the day at Cowra today, I spent quite a lot of time in the Westpac trying to sort a problem with our bank cards, two visits later all was well. So we headed for the Info centre

Oops first visit the quilt shop!

Now the rose garden.

We followed am Ad Lab that took us to the old watch tower where the POW camp used to be

We then went to find the painted water towers

We went to the Japanese Gardens and rang the peace bell after

We had some company who only wanted bread and would not eat his greens!! 

We walked around the gardens, fed the fish and ducks

We spied a 🦎 on a big rock

Checked out the bonsai house

We had a look in the cultural centre, lots of beautiful ceramics and kimono

Went to the Japanese war cemetery 

The found the peace bell and rang it! Hope the peace vibes came your way! We are resting and having a cuppa now.heading further south tomorrow.
