Friday morning the sky was a very strange colour
The pig face is covered with blooms down at the beach
The supervisor enjoyed his walk
It was very calm by the water,
Coming home I found this egg in perfect condition lying on the ground under the cypress trees, I looked up but couldn't see any nest.
Friday afternoon we went over to Queenscliff to take Eve to the antique shops
I went here to my favourite shop
this old building is being remodelled into apartments, luckily the outer shell is being restored.
Maybe someone would like this one??
Today we went to the Bellarine Quilters for sit and sew followed by a Ploughmans lunch, we had a great feast and wonderful company and then headed into Geelong to see the Archibald paintings.
These are some of my favourites
In the gallery next to the Archibald was an exhibition..I can't remember the name of the woman!! Aghhh!! Anyway all her work is made with recycled products
junk mail cut outs
Tea bag labels
Price specials sign....I could see quilt blocks happening from some of these. We are now back home and I am about to get some veges in the oven to roast, but an update on sewing..
two more stars were added to the family Friday night
one little flower is finished and another started but as I only managed about 5 stitches today I will not be showing that just yet!!
Ok I am off to peel veges and then collapse onto the couch!
Happy stitching.
