The view from the lookout
And the information, we looked for a cache here but it was too well hidden for us.
We had a wander around Maleny, found the cows sculpture and a cache, but I forgot to take a photo.
Next stop was at a lookout with a cache which we found..😊 we also had a wonderful view out to the coast.
This enormous tree was at the lookout, I really like the flowers.
The countryside up here is beautiful, so green and lush.
The next stop was Mountville, there were some beautifil old buildings here
The village hall and a memorial to the men who went to fight in WW1, six didn't come back so they are remembered
By these trees, each has a name plaques next to it.
There was also a cache here hidden in the tree which we found.
The church was open, to our surprise so we went in and had a look, inside was so peaceful, there was gentle music playing
The stain glass windows were beautiful
From here we went to another town and found a cache in the Pioneers park, no photo as it was getting late and we needed to head on home.
We had a wonderful day out and about.
Today is packing up and flying home day, back to the winter weather.
