My goodness this week has flown by, already it is Friday and time to sign up for Friday night with Friends over at Cheryll over at The Stitching Cubby Hole, for a night of fun and stitching.
I walked the Supervisor once this week, hubby did the other days
It was low tide on Tuesday when we went for a wander
The oyster catchers were out looking for a meal.
I have been doing a little knitting
and stitching.
I have been out for lunch two days in a row, celebrating birthdays.
Today hubby decided to get some mulch so first weeding had to be done, so three hours later I was finished.
Ingrid planted up my teapot and cup and saucer with thyme plants and two of the three are flourishing
Carleen gave me some of this grandfathers beard - I think I have the right name -
so it is glued to a piece of wood and hanging in the tree
I picked up some more from Bunnings but this lot was lots of little pieces, I hope it grows ok.
The back yard is happier for having had lots of rain ( so are the weeds I might add!!)
Coming back in for lunch I was met by the big furry Supervisor at the top of the stairs.
I am off to the PO now to post the Aussie Hero quilt, when I get back I need to gear up for FNWF.
Happy stitching.
Love the plant photos, the thyme in the teapot and cups looks wonderful, great idea. And walks on the beach sound wonderful. Your knitting is bright and cheerful, I miss being able to knit these days. Have a great weekend, hugs, Valerie
