It has been checked over by the Supervisor
I machine sewed front and back.
I also made a pincushion - Ingrid gave me the cute chooky to put over a boiled egg, but as I don't eat boiled eggs and it seemed a shame to put it in the pantry, I decided to make a pincushion! Win win! Makes me smile every time I look at it!
I had better go and check the chook that is roasting.
Have a wonderful weekend.
PS you can see what the other FNWF'ers got up to by visiting Cheryll our lovely host. Many thanks for a great sewing evening Cheryll.
Wow, that quilt is fabulous, well done. And I love the cute pin-cushion, great idea! Have a wonderful weekend, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteThe quilt looks great. I wish I could do machine binding, but mine always turns out a mess, so I stick to doing it by hand. You pincushion made me laugh. Too funny.

ReplyDeleteWhat a funny little pincushion! Your circles look wonderful, too. Congratulations on the finish.
ReplyDeleteYour supervisor is intense. I am sure he/she will approve only the very best of quilts. Since the circles look fabulous (bright and colorful), I am sure that the supervisor was impressed. That is how I like to bind all my quilts.
ReplyDeleteCute quilt finish. I laughed at your pin cushion, so funny! It's makes me think of one Mr Bean Christmas episode where Mr Bean ended up with a turkey stuck on his head!!
ReplyDeleteYour pincushion cracks me up, no pun intended! Congratulations on binding your circle quilt. It looks grand!
